You’re carrying the weight of your past, and it feels like it’s holding you back from truly living in the present.

The memories may resurface when you least expect them, causing anxiety, fear, or even anger that you struggle to manage. It can be exhausting to navigate relationships when trust feels like a distant dream. You want to heal and move forward, but the road feels daunting and uncertain.

You’re caught in a cycle of conflict that feels impossible to escape. What started as small disagreements often escalate into arguments that leave you both feeling hurt and disconnected. Deep down, you crave a healthier relationship, but you’re unsure of how to break these patterns and rebuild the trust and intimacy you once shared.

You may feel like you’re constantly on guard, fearing that history will repeat itself. It’s exhausting to navigate relationships when your heart wants to connect, but your mind keeps pushing people away. You want to break free from this cycle, to cultivate secure attachments and find the love and connection you deserve.

Jacob works with VA clients in virtually and limited in person hours.

What would it feel like to truly connect with others without fear of rejection or vulnerability?

My Approach

Beyond my work with couples, I have a deep appreciation for supporting individuals who have endured chronic childhood stress. Together, we can address the underlying depression, anxiety, and self-defeating behaviors that often result from such experiences, empowering you to live a life liberated from the constraints of trauma.

As a therapist, I am honored to stand beside survivors of childhood sexual abuse, guiding them towards a future defined by dignity and meaning. Your journey towards healing is one of immense courage, and I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space for your transformation.
